Description
The serpent, or snake, is one of the oldest and most widespread mythological symbols. Our preferred interpretation (borrowed from many cultures) is that they represent creativity, healing, and rebirth. Several Greek-named constellations include snakes (including Serpens, from which we took this earring’s name), making them creatures of both earth and the night sky. This duality is captured on these matte gold and black earrings, each hanging from a single delicate black spinel.
